- Reverse Engineering: You are prohibited from deciphering, decompiling, disassembling, or reverse engineering any software that forms part of the Services.
- Automated Systems: The use of any automated systems, such as spiders or offline readers, to access the Services is forbidden.
- Buying Agents: Using a purchasing agent to make transactions on the Services is prohibited.
- Unauthorized Data Collection: You may not collect usernames or email addresses of users through unauthorized means for unsolicited communications.

6. USER-GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS
The Services may allow you to interact with blogs, message boards, forums, and other features where you can submit content such as text, photos, videos, and other materials (“Contributions”). Please note that these Contributions may be publicly visible, including on third-party platforms. As such, any content you submit may be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary.When submitting Contributions, you confirm that:- Ownership and Permissions: You own the rights or have the necessary permissions to use and allow others to use your Contributions, including granting us and other users the right to use your content as intended by the Services.
- No Infringement: Your Contributions will not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third parties.
- Consent for Individuals: If your Contributions feature identifiable individuals, you have obtained the necessary written consent to use their image or likeness.
- Accurate and Truthful: Your Contributions are not false, misleading, or harmful to others.
- No Solicitation: Your Contributions do not contain unsolicited advertisements, promotional materials, or any form of mass mailings or chain letters.
- Appropriateness: Your Contributions are not obscene, harassing, defamatory, or in violation of laws and regulations. They should not encourage violence or be offensive to any individual or group.
- Legal Compliance: Your Contributions do not violate any applicable laws, including those protecting minors or regulating content like child pornography.
7. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE
By submitting Contributions to the Services, you automatically grant us an unrestricted, irrevocable, and worldwide license to use, distribute, and modify your Contributions, including your image and voice, for any purpose (commercial or otherwise). This license includes the right to create derivative works and sublicense the Contributions.We do not claim ownership of your Contributions, and you retain all intellectual property rights to them. However, by submitting your Contributions, you agree to waive any moral rights to those Contributions and acknowledge that we are not liable for any claims related to them.We reserve the right to edit, categorize, or delete your Contributions at our discretion. We are not obligated to monitor or review any Contributions, but we may do so at our discretion.8. MOBILE APPLICATION LICENSE
If you access the Services through a mobile app, you are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the app on your device, strictly according to the terms in this license. You may not:- Modify or Reverse Engineer: Decompile, reverse-engineer, or make any unauthorized modifications to the app.
- Commercial Use: You may not use the app for commercial purposes unless explicitly authorized.
- Multiple Device Access: The app cannot be used in a manner that allows access from multiple devices or users simultaneously.
- Create Competing Products: You are prohibited from developing products that compete with the app.
9. SOCIAL MEDIA
As part of the Services, you may link your account with third-party service providers, known as “Third-Party Accounts.” You may either provide login credentials or allow us to access your Third-Party Account, as allowed by the terms and conditions governing your use of those services. By doing so, you confirm that you are authorized to disclose your login information and that granting access does not violate any terms or impose fees on us.We may access, store, and display content from your Third-Party Accounts, including friend lists and other data, based on your privacy settings. If a Third-Party Account is unavailable or if access is revoked by the provider, some content may no longer be accessible through our Services. You can disconnect your Third-Party Account at any time through account settings or by contacting us. We do not review content from these accounts for accuracy, legality, or non-infringement, and we are not responsible for the content.We may access your email address book or contacts list on your mobile device for the sole purpose of identifying contacts who also use the Services. You can deactivate this connection by contacting us or adjusting your settings.10. SERVICES MANAGEMENT
We reserve the right to monitor the Services for violations, take appropriate legal action, and manage content to ensure proper functionality. This includes restricting or disabling access to any part of the Services, removing excessive or burdensome content, and managing the platform to protect our rights and ensure smooth operation.11. TERM AND TERMINATION
These Legal Terms remain in effect while you use the Services. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services for any reason, including breach of these terms, at our discretion. If we terminate your account, you are prohibited from creating a new account under any name, including a fake or borrowed name. Legal actions may be pursued if necessary.12. 17. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
