- A platform for businesses to post internships and connect with students.
- Communication tools to facilitate discussions between students and businesses.
- Paid membership tiers and application services, processed via PayPal.
- Guarantee internship placement.
- Endorse or verify every employer or student beyond reasonable checks.
- Control interactions outside of the platform.
5. Payments, Fees, and Refunds
5.1 Payment Processing
- Payments are processed through PayPal.
- By making a payment, you agree to PayPal’s terms and policies: https://www.paypal.com/privacy.
- We do not store your financial details.
5.2 Fees
- Certain features (e.g., premium plans, additional applications) require payment.

5.3 Refunds

6.3 General Prohibited Activities
- Post false, defamatory, obscene, or unlawful content.
- Harass, exploit, or abuse other users.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
- Copy, scrape, or harvest platform data.
- Use the Services for commercial purposes beyond permitted business postings.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Platform Content
- All text, design, graphics, software, and branding on the platform belong to Next Step Internships or its licensors.
- You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
7.2 User-Generated Content
- Users retain ownership of their content (resumes, postings, communications).
- By submitting content, you grant Next Step a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and share it for the purpose of operating the Services.

9. Limitation of Liability

- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
